Not only is it important that your cake looks good but it must taste good too. I use only the freshest and finest quality ingredients for all of my wedding cakes and celebration cakes. In order to cater for everybody's tastes, I offer a number of flavours which are listed below:

Traditional fruit cake

Vanilla Sponge, vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam

Chocolate  Sponge, Chocolate Buttercream

Carrot Cake

Lemon Sponge with Lemon Curd and Lemon Buttercream

Other Flavours available upon request:

Vanilla Sponge with Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Buttercream
Chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache

White Chocolate Sponge with Fresh Raspberries and White Chocolate Buttercream


It is possible to mix flavours in multi-tiered wedding cakes and celebration cakes.

Cake tastings are available during your wedding cake consultation upon request.


Cake Shelf Life

Please note that all my cakes are freshly baked and decorated to order and I use no added preservatives so my cakes will not last as long as shop brought mass produced cakes. As a guide I have listed the recommended shelf life of my most popular cakes:

Vanilla Jam and Buttercream - Best eaten within 3-5 days of collecting, can last up to 7days if not cut into and kept in a cool dry place.

Chocolate Cake - Best eaten within 3-4days of collecting.

Lemon Cake - Best eaten within 3-5 days of collecting, can last up to 7 days if not cut into and kept in a cool dry place.

Fresh Fruit Cakes - Must be eaten within 24hours of collecting and should not be kept once cut into due to the fresh fruit.
